Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to provide to you all the privileges of subscription to this website available to a Subscriber in good standing. This agreement is subject to change by Company at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to the Subscriber by e-mail, posting or by mail.

2. You acknowledge and agree that all materials contained at this website are proprietary and constitute valuable intellectual property owned by the Company and others who have licensed use of such materials to the Company. You acknowledge and agree that as such, you may access, view, download, receive and otherwise use the materials available at this website only as authorized by the Company. You agree that any and all unauthorized access, viewing, downloading, receipt, duplication or other use of materials from this website, in which you are directly or indirectly involved, including, but not limited to accessing, viewing, downloading, receiving or other use of materials from this website in prohibited areas in any manner shall constitute intentional infringement of this website and potentially others' intellectual property rights and other rights in such materials and shall further constitute a violation of this website and other rights, including, but not limited to, rights of privacy. 3. The current membership fee that you will be charged is $24.95 for 30 days (subscription term). You will then be charged just $24.95 per month thereafter unless and until this agreement is cancelled by you. You hereby authorize this company to charge your credit card, which you hereby acknowledge was entered by you, to pay for your ongoing membership to this website. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Cancel

4. The subscription term is automatically renewed at the end of each preceding subscription term unless notice is received to company by you at least one week prior to the renewal date of the current subscription term. Your subscription to this website will be discreetly billed to your card statement as Fein Arts Internet.

5. You understand that if you cancel Your monthly membership, your username and password will be removed from the system approximately 30 days from the date of your last charge but that you will still be entitled to receive the full benefits of your subscription to this website until the elapse of the aforementioned approximately 30 day period. You acknowledge and agree that if you cancel before 30 days, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that company shall not refund the unused difference but instead shall provide you with the remainder of your subscription term. You agree that if you cancel any time after purchasing a subscription to this website (example: 20 minutes after you joined) you still will be charged.

6. Subscription to this website may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Company or Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone.

7. Access to and use of this website is through the use of a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. You give your permission to the Company to collect statistical information on your source Internet Provider address, and agree that if you share your unique Login name and/or your Password with another individual that your access to this website is subject to immediate termination without notice or reimbursement of any kind.

8. Except for public domain material or material otherwise licensed to Company for dissemination, all materials displayed at or otherwise available through this website are proprietary, and, except for initial downloading, may not be copied, redistributed, or published, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of Company.

9. This site incorporates several security systems to fight against credit card fraud, hackers, and copyright violators. All attempts to bypass security measures will result in immediate termination of membership service without refund and charges will be made to the offender's credit card for the ongoing cost of membership fees until he or she explains the illegal activity they are involved in to the bank or company that issued his or her credit card.  Those who attempt to join this site using incomplete, false, or stolen credit card information will be reported to legal authorities.

10. Any liability of Company shall be strictly limited to the amount of membership fee paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to Company for the preceding month. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

12. Notices from this website to Subscribers may be given by means of e-mail, by general posting on this website or by conventional mail. Communications from you to the Company may be made by e-mail. All questions, complaints, or notices to this website may be sent  by means of electronic mail to feinarts@aol.com.  

13. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and Company regarding Subscribers' use of this website and all materials directly and indirectly related thereto. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida and the United States as applied to agreements between Florida state residents entered into and to be performed within the State of Florida, except as governed by Federal law.

14. By submitting your credit card information to this website, you confirm that you have read this membership agreement above in it's entirety. The information you provide will remain confidential and protected on our secure server.
